There is a video linked in the task which corresponds to this YouTube video.
These are the questions and the answers:
1) The government has installed recycling machines all over city.
False, there are very few (a dozen or so) and they were introduced by a company, not the government.
2) Some countries in Europe already use these machines.
True, the video claims that they have been introduced widely in some European countries. Then it gives Sweden as an example.
3) When you put the bottles into the machine, it gives you money back
True, well, it seems to give you a voucher for money (at least in Sweden).
4) Until now, there were little incentives to collect plastic bottles
True, according to Prof Cho-Nam Ng the incentives were very small.
5) The people in the streets asked about this system were pessimistic.
False, they were optimistic, the people in the vox pop seemed to think it is a good idea.
6) The four existing landfills in Hong Kong are expected to reach full capacity.
False, there are only three landfills according to the video, but yes, they are expected to approach full capacity.
7) The government has developed initiatives on recycling, but they haven’t been effective yet.
True, yes some recycling initiatives have been passed, however the current practices are not sustainable to solve the waste crisis.
