Unit 2 - Task 6 - the one about 'my favourite things' ...

"In the unit forum, open a topic under the heading “My favorite things - your_name”, and explain the activities you like doing in your free time. Comment on at least two of your classmates’ posts."

So, I have created a topic on the Unit 2 forum.

I know full well that it is not exactly what Manolo is looking for, but I just could not resist it!

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens

Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens

Brown paper packages tied up with strings

These are a few of my favourite things

When the dog bites

When the bee stings

When I'm feeling sad

I simply remember my favourite things

And then I don't feel so bad

I am both looking forward to seeing what my classmates make of my entry, and to comment on their entries ... although, somehow I fear there won't be many entries.
