Unit 1 - Task 8 - the one about recording a new version of the presentation we gave in class (from Task 6)

"Last week you made some oral presentations for the class (if you didn't come, you should have prepared them regardless).   Part of the work for the asynchronous session will consist of you recording a new take of that presentation, and sending it to me.   Remember the presentation has to be at least 5 minutes long, 10 on average, and ideally not much longer than 15."

So, my presentation from Task 6 was titled "Religion and Public Health" and I presented it in class on the 20th of October.

I had some notes to sort of guide me through the presentation and these are they:

My walk with god is what defines who I am as a person. So, all my decisions, everything I think, everything I engage in flows from that.
What if?
Private enterprise: Wedding cakes in Northern Ireland.
Private companies right to  'their own' faith: Health Insurance pick and choose.
How to interpret religious liberty when it appears to infringe on the rights of another individual.
Separation of church and state.
Jehova's Witness: Proselytising, evangelising,  convert, preach.
Religious freedom vs anti-discrimination laws
What if that guy was a teacher?
- Teaching of evolution in schools
- Teaching of sexuality in schools
Can a civil servant invoke religious freedom to effectively deny service to a citizen?
What if that guy was a doctor?
- Doctors and abortion
- Doctors and sexual orientation
- Doctors and right to die with dignity
Should a doctor even be able to declare her or himself an objector to the law? Conscientious objection?
Should a doctor have that right? Is that true separation of church and state?

So, armed with the same notes, but not practicing the presentation at all, here is my new take recording:

Recording of a new version of the presentation from Task 6.
